Delivery Policy

I ship worldwide. There is a $20 flat rate for domestic (US) orders and a $40 flat rate for international orders. Occasionally I will have larger items for sale that require more postage (especially for international orders). In that case, I will be in contact with the customer via email to work out extra shipping costs, usually via PayPal. If postage is too much for shipping internationally (for the customer) then I will issue a full refund.

Orders can take up to 3–6 business days to pack and ship. Domestic orders are sent via USPS (for smaller packages) or UPS (for larger packages). International orders are shipped USPS priority and can take anywhere between 10 days to 6 weeks, depending on your location. I list tracking on all orders when your order is packed and shipped. 

Do you charge tax?

No. Tax is included.

Can I combine shipping/get a refund for shipping costs if I place multiple orders?

Yes. When I process orders I usually catch all of the multiple orders and am able to process a shipping refund for you, usually less the $5–$10 or so it will cost to ship multiple works in a bigger box. Please email me if you make multiple purchases to let me know. Thanks!

Refund policy

I want you to be happy with your purchase! Because I am a small one-person owned operation, I do not offer refunds unless there is a problem with your purchase. I inspect everything I sell, but occasionally a small crack or flaw may go undetected. If your item is visually flawed when you receive it or if it breaks in transit, I will offer to exchange the item or refund your money.

Return Policy

I cannot accept returns at this time, unless there is a flaw in your piece that was there when you received it. Because of the nature of the material, I pack and inspect everything very carefully but occasionally breakages occur. If that happens, email me and I will work out either a replacement or issue a full refund. I advise you to handwash and take care of your piece so that it lasts forever! 

Lost Packages

It happens sometimes. I have had success when filing a lost package report with USPS. Usually packages arrive, eventually. If it doesn’t arrive to you within 6 weeks, I will offer to send you a replacement. 

Cancellation policy

If you purchase an item and change your mind, I can refund your money within 2 hours of the purchase. 

Note: I usually list items that I plan to sell well in advance so that you are able to view multiple photos of each piece or ask specific questions ahead of time.
